Summer Bowl with
Vegetarian Meatballs

Whatever the weather, this bowl is guaranteed to serve up summer!

Preparation approx. 30 minutes

Wash the potatoes and boil in salted water for approx. 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the garlic, chop finely, and set aside. Make a dressing by mixing the agave syrup with the raspberry vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Once cool, slice the potatoes along with the radishes.

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes on both sides until crispy. Finally, add the garlic and fry again briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to cool.

Arrange all of the ingredients together with The Good One vegetarian meatballs on a large plate or in a bowl and drizzle over the dressing.

Ingredients for four people:

  • The Good One vegetarian meatballs
  • 800 g small potatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 250 g green peas
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 200 g baby spinach
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Oil (for frying)

Vegetarian Burger

Top with a good helping of cheese or fresh veg – let your taste buds lead the way!

Preparation: 5 minutes

Remove The Good One vegetarian burger from its packaging and warm the two buns on top of the toaster.

Meanwhile, heat the patty in the microwave for 60 seconds.

Place the cheese on the toasted bottom bun and position the warm patty on top to melt the cheese a little.

Top with three lettuce leaves, two or three gherkin slices, two slices of onion, and two slices of tomato. Add mustard and ketchup as desired.

Ingredients for one person:

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

The Good One vegetarian burger is also perfect for teaming up with your own creations. How about an asparagus, lemon, and chili topping, for instance?

Wash the asparagus spears and cut off the woody ends. Brush the spears with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on a medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the aioli. Whisk the egg yolks with the Dijon mustard until creamy. Add the mayonnaise and drizzle in the oil while constantly whisking. Press the garlic clove and add to the mustard and mayonnaise mixture along with the finely chopped chili and lemon. Season with salt and pepper.

Top the prepared The Good One burger with the grilled asparagus and aioli and enjoy.

  • 12 green asparagus spears
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 small dried chili pepper
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Vegetable Skewers with
Mini Vegetarian Meatballs

Brilliant brochettes – our vegetable skewers are loved by young and old alike. A must-have at every BBQ party!

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes

Wash the vegetables. Cut the eggplant and pepper into bite-sized pieces and thickly slice the zucchini. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Alternate the vegetables on the skewers along with two mini vegetarian meatballs. Peel and chop the garlic. Finely chop the rosemary and thyme. Make a marinade by mixing six tablespoons of olive oil with the garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Generously brush over the skewers.

Season the vegetable skewers with salt and pepper to taste. Fry in a pan or cook on the grill, turning frequently, until the vegetables are cooked. Serve with your favorite dip.
